It will be the largest single-development project for Habitat Northumberland comprising 7 units. It is also the first time that Habitat Northumberland is planning to pursue a net-zero development.

The Pennington/Campbell family are the co-chairs of the Building Hope for Families capital campaign.
They are working alongside a campaign cabinet made up of Habitat employees, board members and local community members with the goal of raising $400,000 to kick-start the construction of the 7 units in the Baltimore build.
